General
• Prices may change at any time.
• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission.
• By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• Payment is accepted either 100% upfront or 50% upfront + 50% before delivery.
• Work begins after the initial payment is received.
• The finished artwork will be shown for approval before delivery.
• The final high-resolution, unwatermarked files will only be sent after full payment.Revisions
• Free revisions are available until the rendering stage.
• Up to 3 revisions per detail.
• Major changes cannot be made after the sketch is approved.
• "Surprise Me" commissions are not eligible for revisions, except for fixing mistakes made by me.Refunds & Cancellations
• Refunds are not available once work has started.
• If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.Usage

Communication
• I usually reply within 12 hours. If I don't reply immediately, I'm likely asleep or busy with work, study, life.
